GRR is a sunrise running community for the people who never thought running was for them — the first-timers, the self-conscious, the ones who were told their weight means they can't. Show up. Move at your own pace. Nobody here is watching to judge.
GRR started for one reason: too many people in Guwahati want to run and never do — because running in public feels exposing, or because somewhere along the way they were told their body isn't a "runner's body." That ends on a GRR morning. And it only works if both sides show up for it.
Never run in public before? Neither had most of this group. Walk when you need to, run when you're ready. Nobody here is timing you or watching your form — we're just glad you showed up.
Your years on the road are exactly why GRR needs you. Match your pace to someone new, learn their name, run beside them instead of ahead of them. That's how the whole group gets stronger — together.
One pace-line, everyone in it — that's the whole point of GRR.
